3R's Angus Feedlotting Program
Currently in the final stages of construction, 3R has commenced a feedlotting program with a capacity for up to 1000 SCU at a time.
In cooperation with a backgrounding program, our feedlot aims to produce premium 100-day-fed Angus beef for the domestic Australian Beef consumer.
The feedlot serves our operation twofold, providing 3R with a working database to measure our performance against our breeding standards.
Supplying Commercially Ready Cattle for Market
Our feedlot also provides a feeder system through which we source cattle derived from 3R genetics. This allows us to test and refine the traits that we strive to cultivate within our cattle.
We are excited about the potential the feedlot presents for us to continue supplying commercially ready cattle to the Australian market, as well as our ability to support the 3R client base.
