3R Beef is committed to supporting the beef industry outside of our own endeavours. In our partnership with Trans Ova, we have embarked on a successful expansion from the US into the Australian beef industry.
Trans Ova visits our Loomberah property monthly (Fortnightly in peak demand) to offer regional breeders the opportunity for donor collection.

The 3R Journey with IVF
In 2023, 3R made the decision to transition to 100% IVF embryo transplant. This decision was made to move with the technology in artcificial breeding and for the betterment of the 3R program into the future. In 2025 over 600 IVF embryos were produced for use in the 3R Angus program. These embryos are derived from a group of elite donor females. By investing in fewer, higher quality, donor females 3R has made significant genetic and herd progress towards our breeding goals.
The power of IVF is real and we are committed to building the 3R herd from the best genetics available.
